Wat zullen we eten vanavond?

Die altijd weer terugkerende vraag. Elke dag weer. Na een vermoeiende, drukke dag besef je je dat je ook nog moet eten die avond en dat de boodschappen nog niet eens in huis zijn. Dan maar even iets snels, want vandaag is de energie écht helemaal op. Een pizza, patat, tosti, wat dan ook.

En het voornemen om nu écht een planning te maken, zodat je niet continu het gevoel hebt achter de feiten aan te lopen. De behoefte aan structuur en planning verdwijnt niet, maar wat is het lastig om dat allemaal georganiseerd te krijgen (samen met alle andere dingen die we moeten organiseren en doen!). Uiteindelijk is het zo heerlijk om na een lange, stressvolle dag op de bank te ploffen en even iets anders te doen. 

Die eetplanning komt morgen wel

Heerlijk, zo’n planning

In de ideale wereld maak je elke week netjes een eetplanning voor 7 dagen. Je doet je boodschappen met een lijstje en haalt keurig wat je nodig hebt. Een kar vol verse groenten, mooi fruit en je hebt nu al zin in die pasta. Elke dag kom je thuis, bekijk je je eetplanning, maak je snel weer een gezonde maaltijd bomvol voedingsstoffen voor je gezin, en nog overheerlijk ook. Tafel opruimen, kinderen op bed en je avond kan beginnen. Tijd voor jou!

Je moet alleen even die planning maken. Morgen.

Ik heb goed nieuws voor je. Die ideale wereld is dichterbij dan je denkt, en nog makkelijker ook. Ik maak namelijk elke week een uitgebreide planning met heerlijke, snelle recepten vol met verse groenten en voedingsstoffen. En ik schrijf ‘m zo, dat jij het ook kunt volgen! Met boodschappenlijst.

Ik houd rekening met voldoende groenten, volkoren granen, afwisseling, en ook met de minder gemakkelijk te bedenken onderdelen: je goede dosis vis, peulvruchten en het volgen van de seizoenen. Flinke dosis variatie dus.

Ik maak mijn avondmaaltijden op basis van 500 kcal per portie. Dat betekent dat je genoeg te eten hebt, maar niet ‘per ongeluk’ recepten op je eetplanning zet van 800 kcal – 1000 kcal, want ook die kunnen ervoor zorgen dat je af en toe een kilootje aankomt. En dat wil ik persoonlijk niet.

Vandaag heb je de kans aan te haken en mijn eetplanningen elke week in je mailbox te ontvangen. Jij doet de boodschappen en kookt met al die liefde je heerlijke verse maaltijden. Heerlijk ontspannen.

Hoe werkt het dan precies?

Je schrijft je in via onderstaande knop. Je ontvangt een heel jaar (!!!) lang elke week op woensdagavond je eetplanning voor de volgende week. Met menu overzicht, boodschappenlijst voor 7 dagen, en een boodschappenlijst voor de mensen die twee keer per week boodschappen doen. 7 recepten, simpel, snel en lekker. Met vervangingstips en flexibel in te delen.

Eet je een jaar lang elke dag een nieuwe maaltijd?

Niet altijd. Ik maak de eetplanningen met seizoensproducten, nieuwe recepten en de lekkerste ‘oudjes’. De beste recepten komen af en toe terug, omdat die te lekker en te makkelijk zijn om niet nog een keer te maken. De ‘gouwe ouwe’ worden altijd aangevuld met nieuwe recepten, uiteraard. Beetje vertrouwd, beetje nieuw = de beste combi.

Nee, je betaalt eenmalig en ontvang het hele komende jaar elke week een eetplanning. Wanneer het jaar voorbij is, stopt dit automatisch.

Is het vegetarisch?

Elke week zijn er vegetarische maaltijden, bij de overige maaltijden staan er tips hoe je ze vegetarisch kunt maken.

Is het koolhydraatarm?

Nee.

Is het geschikt voor kinderen?

Ja, die kunnen prima mee-eten! Doen die van mij ook

Heb je ook recepten voor 2 personen?

Nee, je kunt wel heel erg simpel de hoeveelheden halveren.

Ik lust/eet alleen aardappelen en vleesmaaltijden, doe je dat ook?

Nee, de eetplanning bestaat uit pasta, rijst, couscous, stoofschotels, aardappelen, stamppot, vis, vlees, vegetarisch, peulvruchten en altijd een goede portie groenten. De eetplanning heeft geen Hollands thema.
